Accident Towing in Byron Bay
Need accident towing in Byron Bay? Call 02 6602 9622 to discuss vehicle recovery and transport with our towing partner. If anyone is injured or in immediate danger, call 000 first.
Provide the exact location, vehicle details and a description of the damage. Tell the towing provider if the vehicle is off the road, cannot roll or steer, or needs specialist recovery equipment.
Before booking, confirm the destination, quoted towing and recovery charges, and any storage arrangements. Check your policy and any approval requirements with your insurer; direct billing and cover are not automatic.
Benefits of Hiring Us for Accident Towing
Have the vehicle registration, pickup location and your nominated repairer or destination ready. Ask the provider to explain the pickup process, access requirements and estimated arrival time.
Tell the provider about locked wheels, fluid leaks, low clearance or a vehicle that has left the roadway. Recovery requirements and available equipment must be assessed before the job is confirmed.
If you or your passengers need separate transport, confirm this before pickup rather than assuming seats are available in the tow truck.
Why You Shouldn’t Drive After an Accident
Damage after a collision may affect a vehicle even if it appears driveable. If there is doubt about its condition, arrange an assessment and discuss towing rather than attempting to continue your journey.
Explain the vehicle condition to the towing provider so they can assess suitable loading and recovery equipment. Follow instructions from emergency services at the scene.
Confirm Your Accident Towing Arrangements
Confirm the provider, destination and total quoted charges before agreeing to the tow. Ask whether recovery work, after-hours attendance or storage will involve additional costs.
If your insurer is involved, confirm authorisation and billing requirements with them. Keep the towing quote, provider details and receipts for your records.
